I too am a RITA Victim living in Lake Charles La (just moved outta Cameron last year) who evacuated to Shreveport La just to hear
" We only help with Katrina Evacuees so we don't know what to do with you people" or "If your not an evacuee from Katrina we can't help you ". I had 18 of my family members with me and was really disgusted with the mere word KATRINA.Only wishing I never really heard of RITA either.
